2. Payment

We accept Stripe, PayPal, and through them: credit/debit cards, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

No cash on delivery is available.

3. Shipping

We ship exclusively within the European Union.

Free shipping is provided for all EU orders.

Delivery time: 3–6 business days.

Shipping to territories outside the EU (e.g., overseas territories) is not available.

4. Returns & Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt.

The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

5. Warranty & Defective Products

All products comply with EU consumer rights.

Please note: Capfixer is heat-sensitive. If the product melts due to high heat, this is not a defect.

Misuse (e.g., using a hair dryer or heating above 60°C) will void the warranty.

Defective products under normal use may be replaced or refunded according to EU rules.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including text, images, and design, is the property of Capfixer and may not be used without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Capfixer is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, excessive heat, or neglect.

Liability is limited to EU statutory rights for products used as intended.
