Free shipping on all orders.

Delivery time: 3–6 business days.

We do not ship to overseas territories.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.

Returns & Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your Capfixer.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Please return products in their original condition.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned item.

Warranty & Defective Products

All products comply with EU consumer rights.

Capfixer is heat-sensitive; damage caused by heating above 60°C (e.g., hair dryer, oven) is not covered by warranty.

Defective products under normal use may be replaced or refunded according to EU rules.
